Vermont High School team looking for scrimmage or practice field 4/7
I have a Vermont high school baseball team coming to NY/NJ on 4/6. We are going to the Yankee game v. Baltimore on 4/6, we are staying in Ft. Lee, NJ. We were supposed to play a NYC team in a scrimmage/exhibition game on Randal’s Island on 4/7 but they canceled on us.
We're looking for a team willing to play an exhibition/scrimmage vs. us on 4/7. It could be a JV team or a Varsity team – we would pay for the umps.
If we can’t find a team to scrimmage we are at least searching for a field (any field) we could use to practice for 90-120 minutes. We’d even go early in the morning – they’re farm kids, immune to the cold and they can handle a sunrise practice.
