Suspension of a TSE Player by a Paid Coach

If a TSE District Team coach paid by a baseball organization decides to suspend a player based on 'hearsay' by a 'parent' and it is later determined to have been 'false' information and without speaking with the player or parent and the opposing team coach...Who is accountable for the (mis)actions of the PAID coach making a terrible decision that may have unjustly affected the player and family?
Would 'you' suspend your most physically gifted and most accomplished player?
i.e. P/G=6.0' 150lbs Size 12 metal cleats, Adult Large Pants & Shirt. 13U; MAP+ '14 & 15' Little League Championship, '16 Spring Babe Ruth Championship; Summer '15 Home Run Leader with 15+ Homers + 6+ Intentional Walks after hitting two homers first 2 at bats...
PLUS in League since 2007 as TBall Player without any incidents PLUS most likable player in league...
New PAID coach is not aware of the past accomplishments and did not select players.
* NOTE: alleged 'issue' has not been officially reported and was only 'alleged' verbal, no curse words, no violence or touching.
